A fb means final boss, you will get from the spiritual cultivation quests at lvl 19, 29,39,51 and so on.
A bh means bounty hunter. I believe it starts out at lvl 40 and you can do it 3 times everyday. Basicly, it will give you a boss to kill in a certain instance(dungeon).
